After your order is processed, we will share a tracking number within 48–72 hours. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment online.

3.Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Since orders are shipped from multiple international locations, delivery times may vary based on the destination country. In most cases, your package will arrive within 10–15 business days after shipment. However, it may take up to 15–20 business days due to customs delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.Accurate Details Required
Please ensure you provide accurate information — including your full name, complete delivery address, phone number, and email ID — to avoid delays and ensure successful delivery. Shipping and tracking details will be sent to your registered email.

5.Delay Compensation
If there is a delay in delivery beyond the standard timeframe, we will compensate you by providing extra pills in your next order as a goodwill gesture.

6.Customs Delay Policy
If your package is held in customs for more than 20 days, we will initiate a reshipment process at no extra cost.

7.Receiving Both Original and Reshipment Orders
In rare cases where you receive both the original and reshipped orders, you will be required to pay for the reshipment order as well. Alternatively, you can return the reshipped package to our USA office. If you are unable to return it, the payment for the reshipment will still be applicable.

8.Reshipment Stuck in Customs
If the reshipped order is also delayed or held in customs, we will either resend it again or you may provide a second delivery address for successful delivery.

9.Non-Payment for Reshipment Orders
If a client refuses or fails to pay for a reshipment order, we reserve the right to adjust or deduct the payment from their next order.

10.Repeat Orders and Discounts
If a customer places another order within 30 days, they are eligible for loyalty discounts as a returning customer. However, reshipment services will not be provided for such discounted orders.
